Position: Community Assessment Coordinator (Customer Service Representative)

Location: Halifax, NS (with travel opportunities)

Pay: $35,000 - $72,000/year + Uncapped Commissions & Weekly Paychecks

Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept):

  • Knock doors like a pro in your community
  • Book FREE heat pump assessments or sell heat pump cleanings
  • Educate neighbors on mind-blowing rebate programs worth up to $30,000
  • Use our CRM tool to keep track & follow up on your pipeline
  • Be the friendly face Nova Scotia trusts for clean energy

Show Me the Money

  • $25 for every confirmed cleaning or assessment booking.
  • Base Pay starting at $250/week + commissions.
  • Hit 15+ assessments and boost your base pay to $325/week.
  • Score $225 bonus when your booking leads to an installation.
  • Weekly paydays every Friday.
  • Most team members bring home $700–$1,500+ weekly (your effort = your pay)
