**Job Overview**

We are hiring motivated and personable **Residential Heat Pump Sales Representatives** to join our expanding team. In this role, you’ll connect with homeowners, provide in-home consultations, and offer customized heat pump solutions that maximize comfort, energy efficiency, and available rebates.

**What You'll Do**
- Engage with homeowners in residential neighborhoods to generate leads for heat pump installations and cleanings.
- Conduct in-home consultations, understand customer needs, and provide tailored proposals.
- Educate homeowners on energy savings, heat pump benefits, and government rebate programs.
- Follow up with clients, answer questions, and close sales confidently and professionally.
- Track all interactions and sales activities using CRM software.

**Qualifications**

**Required**:

- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or door-to-door engagement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

**Preferred**:

- Experience in HVAC, home improvement, or residential sales.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead-tracking systems.
- History of surpassing sales targets.

**Schedule**
- Flexible hours
- Evenings or weekends may be required depending on homeowner availability
- Field-based (residential community travel required)
