Earnings

  • Weekly pay with uncapped commissions+bonus pay
  • Earn $25 for every confirmed heat-pump assessment (average of 3-6 daily)
  • Earn $225 for every installation that results from your assessment
  • Weekly average earnings of $700-$1,500+ (top Performers earn more)
  • Full control of your income: Hours and effort put in determines your income

Job Responsibilities

  • Meet Homeowners in your local region: No cold calling, just friendly conversations
  • Educate residents about government-rebate programs and heat-pump benefits
  • Book free heat pump assessments (Our heat pump specialists and expert installers handle everything else)
  • Use our mobile CRM to track leads and follow-ups
  • Represent GreenPump Energy with professionalism and enthusiasm

Who we are looking for

  • Outgoing and confident communicators
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, ready to succeed
  • Comfortable working in the field, interacting face-to-face with homeowners
  • Reliable, well-organized, professional appearance and mindset
  • Comfortable with basic mobile app/CRM use
  • Previous sales, customer service or canvassing experience is a plus but is not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00-$72,000.00 per year
