The Human Resources team at Naturally Pacific Resort is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to execute the full cycle recruitment process for various provinces in Canada. This will be achieved through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), as well as developing new and creative recruitment strategies. The role is critical in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent by networking through industry contacts, employees, college recruiting initiatives, and career fairs.
**Your contributions to the team include**:
- Effectively administer the recruitment process using established processes and industry best practices
- Meet with hiring managers to determine staff requirements and team fit
- Facilitate the interview process and conduct background checks
- Create, update, and revise job descriptions and interview guides
- Lead new recruitment initiatives for assigned regions or departments
- Work collaboratively with the marketing team to raise brand awareness as an employer
- Represent the company at recruitment events
- Support automation initiatives and streamline ATS workflows
- Onboard new employees on-site
- Assist other Recruitment and/or HR activities across other entities as required.
- Additional tasks and duties as assigned.
**A few things we are looking for in a new team member**:
- Diploma in Business Administration or Human Resources
- Previously tourism & hospitality experience considered an asset
- Superior computer skills
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to respond quickly in a dynamic and changing environment
- Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate departments, key business partners, and employees.
- Advance level of MS Office Suite
- Ability to work in a results-focused environment
- High level of personal integrity
- Highly organized
