Change Management Consultant

Scope of the work includes:

- Support strategic change management across the breadth of IHealth projects.
- Integrating “best practice” change management into the project delivery.
- Conducting readiness and impact assessments.
- Providing process mapping, engagement planning, and resistance management.
- Coaching leaders and managers, and providing guidance and advice on how to align change management activities with the overall project plan.
- Providing strategic direction and operational support to “Adoption journey” for transition to electronic health records across Island Health, including for key milestones and activities, such as peer mentor recruitment and preparation, learning and education of medical and clinical, nursing and allied health staff

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $90.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Victoria, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Change management: 1 year (required)
- use of advanced electronic health record systems: 1 year (required)
- business consultant: 1 year (required)
- Certification in a recognized change management methodology: 1 year (required)
