IPS Organizational Change Management, Communications, and Training LeadThe successful proponent will primarily work in a hybrid setting where they will need to travel to Victoria when requested (team gathers in Victoria for 2-3 days once a month). Travel expenses for these trips will NOT be reimbursed, unless they will travel outside of Victoria.Project Name: Integrated Project ServicesManagement Consultants with Experience Level 2 are Consultants that can demonstrate in their submitted examples that they have led multi-discipline or single discipline teams in tactical initiatives, and that they worked with a mid-level manager within an organization. Management Consultants with Experience Level 2 perform many of the same activities as those with Experience Level 1, but in initiatives of more limited scope and strategic application.Required Skills and ExperienceLeadership of teams in consensus building with members from across public sector organizations.Creating, identifying, and articulating strategic objectives.Translating objectives into business plans.Documenting and formalizing agreements into memoranda of understanding or memoranda of agreement.Managing and creating working relationships within a complex policy environment.Identification and linkage of service outcomes into an integrated service delivery model.Business process integration.Articulation, development, and promotion of service delivery models.Identification and promotion of best practices.Analytical techniques.Change management.Transition planning.Coaching of staff.Strategy development.Technology implementations.Development of communications plans.Development of business cases.Investment portfolio analysis.Cost benefit analysis.Research and development for new initiatives.Preparation of reports such as briefing notes and issue papers.Organizational Change Management & CommunicationsProviding change management and communications expertise.Working with stakeholders to understand goals, objectives, benefits, and risks of proposed changes.Creation and implementation of OCM and communications plans.Delivery of change impact assessments and readiness evaluations.Assessment of organizational readiness.Development of change management plans.Identification, analysis, and development of mitigation planning for people-related risks.Establishment of a regular cadence of change management and communications activities.TrainingDevelopment and execution of end user training.Development of actionable and targeted training plans.Support and provision of coaching to senior leaders.Provision of education/training, mentoring, and team support.Development and delivery of training specific to the solution.Support of individuals who require additional help.Coaching leaders in the business areas to support their work.Required ExperienceApplicants must have 3 or more years of general experience in the areas of Organizational Change Management, Communications, and Training.Seniority LevelMid-Senior levelEmployment TypeFull-timeJob FunctionOtherIndustriesIT Services and IT Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
