**Embrace your true self** by unfolding your expertise within sales and service team of our Containerboard Packaging division. You would also have the chance to join Roxanne Lauzon or Mélanie Beauchamps’ teams.- Have a look at your responsibilities:
- Ensure fast and efficient handling of the need in order to satisfy the customer or supplier
- Follow up on the order or need, from handling to delivery or conclusion
- Solve any issues, manage complaints and inquiries, escalate to your supervisor or inform stakeholders when necessary
- in collaboration with all team members
- Plan order deliveries within capacity and coordinate shipments and transportation usage in an optimal and economical manner
- Please note : This position can be based in St-Bruno, Vaudreuil or Drummondville
- depending on which one is the closest to your home._

- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing sector (a must)
- Proficiency in French and English that allows you to express yourself clearly and concisely (9/10, both verbal and written)
- Proficiency with various computer tools including Microsoft Office and SAP
- Ability to adapt
- Collaborative spirit needed. You’ll have to work closely with all team members
