- Répondre aux demandes des clients concernant les enlèvements, les livraisons, les POD et l'état général des expéditions et le statut général de l'expédition
- Communiquer de manière proactive les éventuels retards de service à nos clients et à toutes les parties prenantes.
- Travailler avec les courtiers et les sociétés de logistique pour remplir la capacité si nécessaire.
- Préparer et mettre à jour régulièrement des rapports spécifiques aux clients par courrier électronique ou sur des sites web.
- Travailler en collaboration avec les chefs d'équipe et les planificateurs afin d'assurer un haut niveau de satisfaction à nos clients tout en recherchant des gains d'efficacité pour C.A.T.
- Informer les clients des autres services fournis par C.A.T. et faire de la vente incitative le cas échéant.
- Anticiper les besoins des clients et faciliter la résolution des problèmes.
**Compétences souhaitées**
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication et aux relations interpersonnelles
- Capacité à travailler en équipe et de manière indépendante
- Souci du détail, sens de l'organisation et capacité à gérer des tâches multiples.
- La connaissance du secteur des transports est un atout.
**Exigences**
- 1 an d'expérience dans le service à la clientèle
- Anglais écrit et français oral

**Role**
**Customer Service Rep**
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding pick ups, deliveries, POD’s and general shipment
status
- Proactively communicate potential service delays to our customers and all stakeholders
- Work with brokers and logistics companies to fill capacity when necessary
- Work in conjunction with team managers and planners to provide a high level of satisfaction for our customers while simultaneously pursuing efficiencies for C.A.T
- Inform customers of other services provided by C.A.T and upsell when appropriate
- Anticipate customer needs and facilitate resolution to issues
**Desired skills**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
- Extremely detail oriented, highly organized and an ability to handle multiple tasks
- Knowledge of transportation business is an asset
**Requirements**:
- 1 year of customer service experience
- Written English and oral French
