**Responsibilities**:
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers, addressing their concerns and questions.
- Utilize data entry skills to update customer information and maintain accurate records.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communicate professionally.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services.
- Analyze customer feedback and make recommendations to improve the customer experience.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
- Meet and exceed customer service metrics and KPIs.
**Requirements**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and maintain a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in English, with the ability to speak multiple languages a plus.
- Experience with data entry and customer service.
- Excellent phone etiquette and sales skills.
- Ability to analyze customer feedback and make recommendations for improvement.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles is highly desirable.
