We are currently looking for a customer
- and team-oriented part-time **Customer Support Specialist **to join our **Just Between Friends **team in London, Ontario.
**Job Summary**:
In the customer support specialist role, you will communicate directly with customers to answer questions, and give advice and support to clients in person or by phone. Key elements of the role include familiarity with the company’s products and services, and the ability to quickly identify and address customer needs and deliver outstanding customer support.
** Shifts**:
Employees must be available to work weekdays and weekends.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Bra fittings
- Mastectomy fittings
- Wig consultation and sales
- Assist with merchandise presentation standards
- Maintains the confidentiality of all records as laid out in store operating policies and procedures particularly as they pertain to access, security, and retention.
- Process sales.
- Provide product feedback - best & slow moving of bras and head coverings.
- Organizing and cleaning sales floor on consistent basis
- Support HHC Customer Service Representative as needed.
- Uses tact and courtesy when dealing with difficult customers and refers customers to management if a problem cannot be resolved.
- Handle telephone enquiries quickly and courteously, and call customers as required.
- Other duties will be assigned as necessary.
- Complies with all Health and Safety policies and procedures; behaves in a proactive manner to resolve Health & Safety issues or concerns.
**Education, Skills and Job Requirements**:
- High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent.

- Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
