As an Onboarding and Account Specialist, you will be responsible for a smooth, consultative, and efficient onboarding experience for new and existing customers. With a mix of great people skills, technical aptitude, and bookkeeping know-how.The purpose of this role is to deliver a smooth transition for new clients by providing an effective and efficient onboarding experience, as well as provide ongoing client service.A great Onboarding and Account Specialist is highly customer focused, flexible, and a natural with communications and bookkeeping software. They can manage multiple onboarding processes at once and keep deadlines. They enjoy working with customers, with a keen eye for detail, and are always increasing their industry knowledge.

**Responsibilities**:Onboard new clients with care and detailManage projects effectively to deliver on-timeProvide multi-level support both to customers and the internal teamEstablish strong relationships with key customer stakeholdersMaintain consistent lines of communicationMaintain working knowledge of bookkeeping and conferencing softwareCommunicate effectively with technical and non-technical rolesOccasional travel on-site to clients as needed

**Qualifications/Experience**:2+ years relevant work experience in Account Management,Technical Support, Consulting, Workflow Management and/or Project Management roleExcellent verbal and written communication skills; you will be working and calling with clients regularlyStrong organizational, prioritization, and time management skillsAn obsession with providing the best in class Customer ExperienceWorking knowledge of Quickbooks Desktop and Online Sage, Xero, Dext and other bookkeeping platforms

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
