**About the Role**:
We're looking for a self-motivated finance analyst with a strong commercial analytical ability to join our FP&A team. The role will support Head of Finance with budgeting and forecasting process for the company, together with regular analysis of financial performance.

**What You'll Bring**:

- A deep and genuine interest in Behavox as demonstrated by a connection to its mission, marketplace and/or technologies
- 3+ years of business finance or other relevant experience (preferably in a SAAS company)
- Financial modeling skills & experience with the proven ability to build well-grounded forecasts and reporting forms
- Ability to work with complex data structures to extract, manipulate, and analyze financial and operational data
- Tech-Savviness as well as being a fast-learner, able to grasp new concepts and technologies for finance, self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills

**What You'll Do**:

- Build financial forecasts and reports
- Work with complex datasets and use it to provide insights and improve analysis accuracy
- Provide valuable insights to business leaders by preparing management reporting package, including Plan/Actual analysis
- Use a wide range of technical tools to solve financial modeling problems and bringing innovative solutions
- Collaborate effectively within a team, possessing strong interpersonal communication
