**Duties**
- Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with development teams to prioritize product backlogs and ensure timely delivery of features.
- Gather and analyze user feedback to refine product requirements and enhance user experience.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to bridge gaps in understanding.
- Understand and follow industry trends and bring new ideas
- Project management of tasks from inception to validation
- Validate both the functional and business value of new developments
- Analyze customer's feedback
- Lead development sprints using Agile methodology
- Lead cross-functional meetings to align on objectives, timelines, and deliverables.

**Experience**
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in software development.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Proficiency in Postgres SQL for data analysis and reporting purposes.
- Experience using Balsamiq or similar wireframing tools for product design.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams towards achieving common goals.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python,.js is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving and decision-making.
- Experience using Odoo Community is a must
