This role will enhance online account management tools, improve customer journeys, and contribute to seamless digital experiences. You'll work closely with an Agile development team to launch key features and optimize existing ones. What You’ll Do: Own and execute the digital product roadmap, prioritizing features and user stories for web and mobile platforms Manage enhancements, from bug fixes to major feature launches, ensuring a smooth user experience Collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers to define and refine requirements Write clear, detailed user stories, test scenarios, and ensure feature deployments are flawless Work in an Agile/Scrum environment, participating in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and testing Partner with international teams overseas to ensure coordinated development and release cycles Travel to key locations a few times a year for strategic planning and alignment What You’ll Need: Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, ideally in consulting or a fast-paced Agile environment Strong experience writing user stories, managing backlogs, and driving feature development Familiarity with Azure DevOps, or similar tools for product management like Jira Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams and time zones Experience working with international development teams and managing inter-team dependencies Comfortable presenting to senior leadership and collaborating with cross-functional teams Location: Calgary (hybrid: 3 days/week in-office) This is an exciting opportunity to join a close-knit, high-impact team focused on taking digital products to the next level.
