This role will enhance online account management tools, improve customer journeys, and contribute to seamless digital experiences. You'll work closely with an Agile development team to launch key features and optimize existing ones.What You’ll Do:Own and execute the digital product roadmap, prioritizing features and user stories for web and mobile platformsManage enhancements, from bug fixes to major feature launches, ensuring a smooth user experienceCollaborate with designers, developers, and product managers to define and refine requirementsWrite clear, detailed user stories, test scenarios, and ensure feature deployments are flawlessWork in an Agile/Scrum environment, participating in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and testingPartner with international teams overseas to ensure coordinated development and release cyclesTravel to key locations a few times a year for strategic planning and alignmentWhat You’ll Need:Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, ideally in consulting or a fast-paced Agile environmentStrong experience writing user stories, managing backlogs, and driving feature developmentFamiliarity with Azure DevOps, or similar tools for product management like JiraExcellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams and time zonesExperience working with international development teams and managing inter-team dependenciesComfortable presenting to senior leadership and collaborating with cross-functional teamsLocation: Calgary (hybrid: 3 days/week in-office)This is an exciting opportunity to join a close-knit, high-impact team focused on taking digital products to the next level.
