As a Branch Inside Sales Representative, you are an essential part of the Gentek team. In this client-facing role, you will interact directly with customers in person, or by phone. Ultimately you will make sure they get the product and/or information they need and get them on their way. If you don’t already have expert knowledge of the building products we carry, you will be willing and able to develop the knowledge you need to provide the exceptional customer service experience that our customers have come to expect from us. **Responsibilities**

You will know all about what we sell, know what we have on hand, and how to get what we don’t. General responsibilities include:

- Prepare accurate and timely quotes for windows and doors to lumberyards and contractors
- Process orders from start to finish, all the way from the input of the order to scheduling delivery of the product
- Maintain appropriate inventory levels
- Answer customer inquiries at our service counter in person or by phone
- Monitor and advise customers of product information, availability, and delivery status

**Qualifications**:
Education/Experience/Skill
- Post-secondary education an asset
- Able to read and write word and letter/number sequences
- Must be computer proficient

Behavioural Disposition
- High compliance with standards, requirements, and processes
- Emotional intelligence that facilitates respectful and courteous interactions with customers and other Gentek employees
- Attentive and detail-oriented
- Must be able to multi-task, prioritize, and perform in a fast-paced environment

Environment & Physical/Mental Demands
- Must be able to endure largely sedentary work
- Distribution branch physical environment: noise, fluctuating temperature due to bay doors being open, constant stimulation of senses (visual, audio distractions)
