We are looking for a proactive, resourceful, and driven **Inside Sales Representative** to join our growing team

- **The Role**:_

The Inside Sales Representative is accountable for sales growth within an assigned territory. This includes growing existing accounts, generating new accounts, as well as identifying other potential revenue sources. Superior customer service is of utmost importance
- **The Responsibilities**:_
- Drive sales growth, lead generation, and customer satisfaction for existing accounts and potential new customers
- Address customer inquiries, issues and complaints, as well as new leads in a timely fashion
- Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and counter sales team; provide support where needed
- Responsible for completion and follow up of all assigned customer orders, quotations, inquiries, and technical questions
- Maintain the CRM database, customer order records, and associated documentation
- Assists the customer service & counter sales team where required
- Some travel as necessary for strategic customer visits
- **The Skills and Qualifications**:_
- 1-3 years of demonstrated sales and lead generation experience in a similar role
- Diploma, certificate, or prior training in sales or a related area considered an asset
- Previous experience with CRM considered an asset
- roactive, resourceful, and enthusiastic team focused attitude
- Tactful communication skills, both verbal and written
- Able to effectively manage time, priorities, and customer workload in a fast paced environment
