**Responsibilities**

As an Inside Sales Support representative, you are a key member of the Gentek distribution team. You’ll contribute to the fulfillment of our commitment to provide superior service to our customers. Specifically in this role you will promptly and professionally:
Order Processing
- Enter and process orders
- Promote Gentek’s products and services
- Monitor and advise customers of product information, availability, and delivery status
- Liase with various outside vendors and with staff from other locations, including corporate office

Customer Service
- Greet customers entering the branch by addressing them verbally
- Serve them immediately or indicate that they will be helped as quickly as we can manage
- Answer customer inquiries at our service counter in person, or by phone

**Qualifications**

Education/Experience/Skill
- High school education required
- Able to read and write word and letter/number sequences

Behavioural Disposition
- High compliance with standards, requirements, and processes. You’ll come to work and give us your best each day
- Emotional intelligence that facilitates respectful and courteous interactions with customers and other Gentek employees
- Attentive and detail-oriented

Environment & Physical/Mental Demands
- Distribution branch physical environment: noise, constant stimulation of senses (visual, audio distractions)
