The Inside Sales Parts Support Student will be engaged in a range of assignments in relation to the provision support to customers and other internal departments via Telephone, E-mail and Microsoft Teams. In addition, the incumbent will provide support to Parts for day to day duties and projects to improve overall departmental effectiveness.

Specific

**Responsibilities**:

- Provides support for customers and TNR sales personnel
- Active day-to-day support, answering calls, troubleshooting, ordering parts, etc. to ensure our customers get best possible service.
- Resolves warranty issues as required following established Warranty policy and process.
- Oversees or assists with customer contracts as required, ensuring that all of their product and paper work requirements are met.
- Accurately maintains data in internal business systems.
- Ensures timely customer (internal and external) responses to incoming inquiries and supply requirements.
- Processes parts orders from existing parts quotes or dealer Purchase Order, ensuring that all required information has been provided and is accurate.
- Schedules parts orders and records and maintains order information.
- Follows up with shipping to ensure parts orders have shipped as scheduled.
- Follows established procedures and controls to ensure proper quality of work.
- Periodically performs other duties as assigned.
- Complies with company health and safety rules and regulations.

**Qualifications**

**Education Requirements**
- Post-secondary education preferred

**Experience Requirements**
- Previous experience in sales, customer service an asset

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**
- Bilingual, secondary language would be an asset
- Exceptional problem solving abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Ability to support occasional overtime (as required)
- Ability to work independently and achieve results
