A minimum of 3 years real estate law clerk experience.

Ability to manage real estate files, both residential and commercial, from start to finish, including preparing necessary correspondence, ordering searches, requisition letters, title insurance, follow up on post-closing matters, reporting to clients and lenders, etc.
- Ability to handle private and bank mortgage files.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of the team.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize appropriately and effectively handle time sensitive matters.
- Strong computer skills - Teraview, Unity, Soluno, Outlook, Word and Excel.

Pay: $40,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
