**Overview**

**Hours**

Monday, Wednesday and Friday - 4-8 hours a day, depending on what is needed for that day.

**Duties**
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for property listings, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Utilize SEO best practices to optimize online content, improving visibility and search rankings.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive analysis, and target audience insights that inform marketing strategies.
- Manage social media accounts and schedule posts, engage with followers, and analyze performance metrics.
- Design visually appealing marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite to support promotional efforts.
- Collaborate with real estate agents to gather property information and highlight unique selling points in marketing campaigns.
- Proofread all marketing materials to ensure accuracy and consistency in messaging.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in digital marketing techniques including advertising.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite for creating high-quality graphics and promotional materials.
- Excellent research skills to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Strong proofreading abilities to ensure all content is polished and professional.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey messages across various platforms.
- Knowledge of AI is considered an asset.
