**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Lead, train, and develop café staff to ensure excellent service and operational efficiency.
- Manage daily operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness.
- Oversee the implementation of sales strategies to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Utilize POS systems for transactions and manage pricing strategies effectively.
- Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and organizational skills.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to enhance the overall experience.
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the café.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a management role within the food service industry is preferred.
- Barista experience is a must
- Creating Standard Operating Procedures for your staff to follow
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships with patrons.
- Experience in training development for staff is highly desirable.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to cater to diverse clientele.
- Familiarity with sales management techniques and effective pricing strategies.
- Proficient in using POS systems for efficient transaction processing.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Salary based - 35-40k per year with bonus incentives

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week
