**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AS A SERVICE TECHNICIAN**:

- Perform scheduled maintenance, service and installs
- Manage customer relationships, identifying opportunities to expand services provided
- Work safely following all Safety protocols
- Prepare company documentation
- Maintain stocked service vehicle at all times
- On-Call Rotation

**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- 5+ Years service experience in the Overhead Door, Dock Leveler Industry
- Experience with High-Speed doors is an asset
- Experience in the electrical aspect of the job is an asset
- Be a team player
- Have initiative
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Time management skills
- Mechanically-inclined
- Drivers License with a clean abstract
- **CWB Welder's Certification **and experience is an asset (added hourly bonus with valid certification)
- Forklift and Scissor Lift Certifications are an asset

Licence/Certification:

- Class G Licence (required)
- Scissor Lift Certification (preferred)
- Working at Heights Certificate (preferred)
- Forklift License (preferred)
