Locksmith, door hardware maintenance and automatics specialists required, applicants to start as soon as possible, experience desired.

Successful hires:
Will receive a company vehicle and gas card after preliminary training and onboarding.
Will be expected to travel throughout the GTA and expanded area to service and install applicable door hardware.
Will be expected to take part in the emergency service rotation, under emergency service payrates are doubled.
Overtime is paid at time and a half, after 80 hours of biweekly service is completed.
Will be expected to fulfill all paperwork and truck warehouse management requirements.

**Skillsets required**:

- Note, experienced applicants should have a general understanding of basic and intermediate tasks, unexperienced applicants would be educated accordingly._

Basic:
Cutting keys by code & duplicating keys
Pinning Cylinders (Standard, Medeco & Keymark) - Including SFIC / LFIC & Standard Formats
4 Level Master Keying
Service & Installation of Cylinders in all Hardware types (Cylindrical, Mortise, Rim, Deadbolt)
Drilling & Picking Cylinders
Service & Installation of Deadbolts, Cylindrical Locksets, Mortise Locksets, Glass Aluminum Door Hardware, Door Hardware Accessories (Sweeps, Weather/Smoke/Sound Seal, Kickplates, Push Plates, Pull/Push Handles, etc.), Door Closers and Understand Hardware Functions

Intermediate:
Service & Installation of Keypads, Stand-Alone Alarm Units (Detex), Electric Strikes, Exit Devices (Rim, Surface VR, Concealed VR, etc.), Standard Hinges & Continuous Hinges, Thresholds, Pivots and Overhead Concealed Door Closers

Expert:
Service & Installation of Hollow Metal Doors & Frames, Electrified Door Hardware, Automatic Door Operators, ADO Door Accessories (Push Buttons, Washrooms Kits, etc.)

Bonus but not mandated:
Service & Installation of Electronic Access Control and CCTV Solutions
