Currently, we are in search of a skilled Overhead Door Technician to enhance our team. This role entails travelling to and from various job sites in vehicles provided by the company. Our primary office is located in Mississauga, catering to the entire Greater Toronto Area.

**Responsibilities**:

- Diagnose and address overhead door malfunctions.
- Ensure accurate completion of all necessary documentation and forms.
- Initiate work orders and process requests for parts.
- Offer clients additional services or maintenance recommendations as needed.
- Uphold and project the company's professional standards during fieldwork.
- Actively participate in continuous training and professional development sessions.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in the role of an overhead door technician.
- Hands-on experience with sectional, rolling steel, high-speed doors, bi-fold, and fire doors.
- Experience navigating active construction sites.
- Capability to work in diverse physical environments and withstand seasonal changes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
- Competence with both hand and power tools.
- Welding proficiency.
- A valid G-class driver's license with a clean record.

**Compensation Details**:

- **Salary Range**: $25/hour - $40+/hour
- **Position Status**: Full-Time
- **Reporting To**: Service Manager
- **Overtime**: Compensated
- **Additional Perks**:Bi-anual team building events
- **Union**:Pension

**Desirable Qualities**:

- Certificates in Working at Heights, WHMIS, Forklift, and Scissor Lift License.
- First Aid and CPR trained.
- Possession of a DZ driver's license.
- Willingness to work during weekends if required.

**Salary**: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
