Office Project Coordinator

**Summary**:
Reporting to the Project Manager, the Project Coordinator is responsible for maintaining updated information for site projects, completing daily reports, communicating and coordinating with site Surveyors, Superintendents, Engineers, Project Managers, etc.

**Job Duties**:

- Read and interpret blueprints and drawings
- Work with site Superintendents/Foreman
- Communicate with office and site engineer
- Track contract changes
- Organize track and supervise quality control
- Report any equipment hazards or issues
- Comply with all policies, procedures, and safety regulations
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Training or post-secondary education in surveying or civil construction
- 1-2 years experience in surveying or GPS construction
- Experience or training with GPS is considered an asset
- Able to read and interpret specifications, site plans, drawings
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Keen attention to detail, with excellent organizational skills
- Knowledge of heavy equipment or civil construction is an asset
