THE POSITION We are currently seeking a Project Site Coordinator to support our project team(s) in New Glasgow, Nova Scotia. Responsibilities: Assist the project manager and superintendent with overall project performance, including cost, schedule, safety, quality, and field technical issues. Collaborate with the superintendent and project manager to mobilize resources for both our team and subcontractors. Expedite the delivery of materials and equipment from suppliers and subcontractors to meet or exceed project schedule requirements. Obtain any additional information needed from consultants and the project owner to complete the project. Work with the superintendent and subcontractors to resolve any identified deficiencies. Assist with pre-commissioning and commissioning processes. Support the overall project closeout, including archiving documents, and coordinating maintenance and warranty details. Qualifications: At least 1 year of commercial construction experience. Commitment to delivering projects safely while championing the company’s safety policies and procedures. Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, consultants, clients, and internal team members. Positive attitude with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members. Strong results-driven mindset with attention to detail. Ability to travel as required. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or a community college diploma in civil engineering, construction management, or architectural engineering. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and a strong aptitude for adopting new technology. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
