Be involved in improving the Compliance product to allow expansion, and support for new clients in multiple markets. 2. Work in a space in which you will continuously learn and stay abreast of what is happening in the risk and regulatory landscape. 3. Influence the product design of a high growth company, working alongside and providing guidance to other talented Subject Matter Experts. **What You'll Bring**: - A deep and genuine interest in Behavox as demonstrated by a connection to its mission, marketplace and/or technologies - Strong knowledge of market abuse and other forms of misconduct that manifest in financial services firms - Good understanding of regulatory landscape and where to find relevant guidance and insights on regulatory topics - Good understanding of "trader speak" including surveillance operating models and governance - Strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) in English and Spanish accompanied by excellent analytical skills **What You'll Do**: - Demonstrate the ability to understand "trader speak" and/or converse with front office employees on complex trading concepts - Utilize knowledge of market abuse/misconduct regulations, Surveillance operating models and/or regulatory/audit expectations to implement a significant change/improvement to a Surveillance function - Work proactively and autonomously on complex projects that require research and create tangible business impact - Stay abreast of recent regulatory and market changes/events to identify enhancements required to surveillance controls or framework (or other compliance related processes and controls) - Analyze data and take data-driven decisions that contribute to specific business goals or objectives **What We Offer**: - A truly global mission with a passionate community in locations all over the world - Huge impact and learning potential as our aspirations require bold innovation - Highly competitive compensation with 100% bonus pay already integrated - Benefits include individual career development budge for your learning and growth - Generous time-off policy and flexible work schedule **About Our Process**: During the process we will begin by exploring the core factors regarding salary and location along with core experience and skills and values alignment.
