**About the role**:
We are looking to hire an Inside Parts Sales Specialist at our Kitchener location.

**Shift**: Monday to Thursday; 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

**Responsibilities**:

- Over the counter coverage, both walk-in and phone, in a professional and timely manner for both truck and trailer parts
- Provide quotes and pricing to customers
- Process parts orders, purchase orders and sales in the system
- Source parts from vendors for non-stock and out of stock, to fill orders
- Process and follow up on purchase orders to maintain billing and aging targets
- Escalate any customer, inventory, delivery issues to direct report to expedite resolution
- Assist in reporting/transfers for replenishment of other branches
- Assist the team with cycle counts and review required adjustments with team
- Identify fast moving and critical truck parts to assist with growing inventory
- Support for shop work orders and quoting - adding parts to correct tasks, resolving inventory issues, etc.
- Picking parts from inventory to fill orders for customers and branch replenishment
- Transfer parts to branches as required
- Ensure paperwork is detailed, accurate and timely
- Attend meetings and training after hours as necessary
- Working shift work including weekends as necessary
- Other related tasks/duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Grade 12 or equivalent with parts training
- Minimum 5 years experience with commercial truck and trailer parts
- Attention to detail
- Strong customer service focus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Safety conscious at all times
