Chefs Pantry is a wholesaler and retailer that is dedicated to carrying the most premium and unique restaurant products. We are a purveyor of Quality Gourmet Goods.

**Summary**

As our Operations Manager, you will help ensure a seemless operations between our company as well as sister restaurants. You will be bridging between our various sites to ensure optimal operations. You will also be a part of the managment and overseeing of the day-to-day operations of The Chefs Pantry and its associated restaurants.

As our Operations Manager, your primary responsabilities will be:

- Work with the managers of the various sites to ensure smooth operations of all places.
- Ensure supplies and equipment are adequate in quantity and quality
- Handling customer complaints when necessary
- Assist in pricing products or services
- Taking management or serving shifts when necessary
- Maintaining office services by organizing office operations and procedures, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply, assigning and monitoring clerical functions.

**Experience and Skillset Required**:

- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in hospitality management, business management, or related field.
- Hands-on experience in customer service or sales
- Proficient in MS, especially Word and Excel
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving aptitude

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 3 years (preferred)
- Hospitality Management: 3 years (preferred)

Work Location: One location
