Description:
The Customer Service Specialist assists the Workplace Options counseling team by identifying available providers for our clients who are in need of short term counseling assistance around the world. This would be a hybrid position with a mixture of home and office working days.
**Responsibilities**:
- Review clinical intakes.
- Identify clients needs and match the appropriate provider with client using our proprietary database.
- Recruit counselors to the Workplace Options network.
- Enter provider information into our database/case management system.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of our clients information.
- Communicate provider information to our clients.
- Proactively manage caseload.
- Any other delegated responsibilities and specially assigned duties, as management deems necessary.
