Tasks
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing information and guidance on educational services offered by the school.
- Collaborate with the educational team to tailor services that align with the unique requirements of clients, ensuring a personalized approach.
- Assist in resolving client queries and concerns by liaising with relevant departments to provide timely and efficient solutions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of client services by gathering feedback and participating in strategy development meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in client management or customer service, preferably within an educational setting.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with students, parents, and educational staff.
- Proficiency in both French and English, with the ability to provide support in both languages.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
