- one of the ways we do that is to provide a one-price, one person experience to save customers the time and effort of negotiation and working with multiple people, so they get the best value up front.
The Financial Services Compliance Officer will primarily be responsible to train and support the Product Advisors and customers with financial activities related to sales, lease buyouts, after market sales, rebates and factory incentives.

**What you will do**:
- Responsible for ensuring the dealership is maximizing product per deal and F&I averages
- Conduct F&I product/process, menu presentation and objection handling training with sales team
- Assist sales team with explaining products, financial terms and paperwork to clients
- Backup sales management team as needed on sales floor. Be on the floor with the sales team during down times to support a deal
- Manage vehicle contracts once initiated by Product Advisor.
- Process finance and lease deals accurately and submit to banks for approval
Prepare F&I menus and paperwork for salespeople to present to customers.
- Ensure that funding documents are fully completed and signed by customers, then send to the relevant funding company for processing.
- Maintain customer and company confidence by keeping information confidential and secure.
- Other duties as required by the management team.
**Qualifications**:
- 1-2 years Finance and Insurance (F&I) related experience (automotive industry background preferred)
- A passion for training and coaching and helping a team get better
- 2+ year sales experience (sales management experience an asset)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a high attention to detail.
- Flexible, adaptable, and ability to refocus based on the daily needs.
- Additional languages spoken considered an asset.
