We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Financial Advisor's Assistant to join our team in the Winnipeg office. This position offers a flexible hybrid work environment (in office and remote work).

As a Financial Advisor's Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial advisors in delivering exceptional service to our clients. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative and client service tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the advisory team.

**Responsibilities**

**1. Client Support**:

- Assist in managing client relationships by providing excellent customer service. Accountable for all incoming inquiries for clients.
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate client meetings and prepare necessary documentation. Accountable for setting, preparing and follow up for all client meetings.
- Assist in building and maintaining strong client relationships through regular communication and engagement.
- Participate in client meetings to understand their financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences.

**2. Administrative Tasks**:

- Maintain accurate client records and update databases.
- Prepare and process client account paperwork. Accountable for processing of all forms from the financial advisor and clients.
- Prepare all tax packages for clients.
- Coordinate processes with head office for efficiency.

**3. Technology Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct market research and analysis to support financial advisors in practice technology recommendations.
- Stay informed about industry trends and updates.
- Accountable for implementing all head office updates, policies and procedures.
- Create a digital practice process manual and update annually.

**4. Financial Planning Assistance**:

- Assist in the preparation of financial plans and investment proposals.
- Collaborate with financial advisors to gather necessary information for client portfolios.

**5. Marketing**:

- Work closely with the financial advisor to ensure seamless communication and coordination..
- Responsible for all social media and content postings.
- Responsible for website management and inbound marketing initiatives.
- Accountable for creating client events, client appreciation and client marketing functions.
- Project management responsibility. Manage all practice management projects such as marketing, technology, client service, KPI’s key performance indicators, budgets and future HR functions as the team grows.

**Qualifications**:

- Education in finance, business, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an asset, but not required.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Knowledge of financial industry regulations and compliance.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of technology including CRM, marketing software, portfolio management software and a passion for technology.
- Strong marketing skills including Canva, Adobe or related software, buffer or Hootsuite, Sales Navigator or related software, social media marketing skills, content and inbound marketing skills and related relationship marketing experience.

Salary range is $35,000 - $42,000.

Pay: $35,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
