Kif Kif is a high end Mediterranean restaurant with a warm, magnetic energy. The space is clean but full of character. We want servers who understand how to make a connection with clients.

**The Role**
With speed and purpose, read a room, and deliver excellent service. Someone who knows how to make everyone feel at home. If you're all about customer service and have good energy, we're looking for you.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Serving clients and giving them the high end service
- Reading the room and keeping the vibe right
- Wine knowledge is a plus
- Handling POS and processing payments smoothly while staying present with guests
- Working closely with the bar and kitchen for service flow

**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system, preferably Micros POS.
- Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and upselling opportunities.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math for processing payments.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and address any guest concerns promptly.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food handling guidelines.
- Uphold excellent guest services by responding to inquiries and resolving issues effectively.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with kitchen operations is a plus, including basic food preparation techniques.
