**Job Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic **Assistant Sales Manager** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service. Your goal will be to connect with customers, handle objections, and assist in closing deals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with customers both in-person and over the phone to understand their vehicle needs and preferences, and any objections they may have.
- Provide knowledgeable support regarding vehicle features, specifications, and financing options.
- Meet with the sales team to conduct Sales and training meetings.
- Stay informed about industry trends, dealership inventory, and competitor offerings.
- Utilize math skills for calculating payments, trade-in values, and financing options accurately.

**Experience**:

- Proven Automotive Sales experience is a must.
- Strong communication skills are essential.
- Proficiency in phone etiquette to ensure professional interactions with customers over the phone.
- Familiarity with sales support processes and tools to enhance customer engagement.
- OMVIC license is required

Pay: $80,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
