**North York Chrysler**, a division within CarHub Automotive Group, seeks a professional Sales Associate to join our successful team.

**Responsibilities of a Sales Associate role include**:

- Providing customers with information regarding vehicles for sale;
- Energetic, enthusiastic, positive, hard-working, and confident individual;
- Following the steps to the sales process for all sales buckets (Walk-in, Phone, E-leads);
- Conducting test drives of vehicles for sale;
- Providing onsite delivery of the vehicle with expert attention to detail;
- Embracing the showroom to ensure a 5-star experience for guests;
- Overcoming objections of prospective customers;
- Emphasizing product/service features and benefits;
- Building and fostering a network of referrals to create new opportunities for revenue growth;
- Always maintaining professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity and portray positivity;
- Building and maintaining ongoing awareness of new products and services, competitor activities, and other market research;
- Increasing brand awareness through various initiatives;
- Maintaining and keeping current on Chrysler product knowledge, technology, and incentives;
- Actively participating on dealer social channels (Instagram, Facebook, Google);
- Maintaining healthy Google Review ratings;
- Performing other duties as required;
**What You Offer**:

- Strong communication skills;
- Strong internet and phone sales skills;
- The ability to work independently and as a part of a team;
- You are self-motivated, confident, and customer-focused with strong organizational skills;
- Valid Ontario G driver’s license with a clean driving record;
- Available to work flexible hours and weekends;
- Automotive experience and valid OMVIC license is an assets;
- Previous customer service/Sales experience;
