**Job Description**:
You will be responsible for ensuring that our Managers and Clients needs and expectations are met on an ongoing basis. Leveraging our team and internal resources, the Operations Coordinator will ensure that the day-to-day operations, ongoing client requirements are complete and that the customer experience exceeds expectations every step of the way.

This is position based out of Fort McMurray, AB applicants must be able to commute to the office for all shifts._**
**What would you be doing?**
- Provide direct administrative support.
- Daily, weekly, monthly reporting via excel.
- Prepare and review documents, reports, and correspondence for management team.
- Required to travel to site to deliver PPE.
- Various administrative responsibilities as assigned.

- Ability to create and maintain accurate and organized documentation.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills required.
- Attention to detail in preparing detailed reports and client facing documents, as well as internal reporting where accuracy is required.
- Self-motivated individual who works well with mínimal supervision and who can achieve both self-imposed and prescribed deadlines.
- Ability to work in a dynamic role and to adapt to a changing environment.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to liaise with all levels of the organization.
- Have your own transportation to and from site.
