The Carter House Family Treatment Centre is dedicated to providing comprehensive, trauma-informed, and evidence-based care to families affected by addiction, who may or may not be involved with the child welfare system. Our mission is to support the healing and resilience of families through integrated wrap around care and support, promoting culturally competent, holistic and lasting well-being within our community.

**Admission Coordinator**:
Under the direction of the Program Manager and as a member of an interdisciplinary team, the Admissions Coordinator provides a range of services to support The Carter House leadership team including admissions coordination, electronic health record compliance checking, and supply management. This role is essential in upholding the organization’s mission, vision, and values while ensuring high resident care standards and fostering a supportive work environment for staff. The Admissions Coordinator will be knowledgeable and experienced in administrative and/or clinical care coordination, computer software, inter-agency communication, supply management/purchasing, and project management.

**Education**
- Post-secondary certificate or degree in psychology, social work, sociology, or indigenous studies is ideal, however other degrees and diplomas may be considered.

- Experience in supply/purchasing and resource management.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication.
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 suite.
- Ability to evaluate processes with an improvement lens.
- Knowledge of the diversity of cultures, values and traditions and their impact on accessing addictions treatment.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of an interdisciplinary team.
- Excellent interpersonal competence.
- Problem solving.

Pay: $27.00-$31.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
