**Here is what you will do**
VitalAire is currently recruiting an energetic and motivated **full-time **Clinical Sleep Assistant for our **Etobicoke, ON** location.

The Clinical Sleep Assistant facilitates the administrative aspects, and offers support in the storefront area as it pertains to CPAP therapy in a specific branch location, or a site under the supervision of a healthcare professional.
- Encourages and obeys safety procedures and policies.
- Completes preventive maintenance for equipment
- Liaises with medical professionals to provide information/demonstrations to prospective clients
- Provides support for staff by performing daily office duties
- Provides friendly and helpful service to customers
- Assists with sales and maintenance of CPAP inventory for the branch
- Participates in the completion of in-home testing for diagnosis within the supervision of a healthcare professional.
- Assists healthcare professionals with the completion of necessary processes and forms
- Assists with the cleaning and maintenance of CPAP equipment during in-service visits to clients
- Prepares funding documents and maintains knowledge of funding systems
- Continuously improve operations by participating in quality improvement activities.

**Here is what you will need**
- College Certificate or Diploma in Medical Office Administration or medical background preferred.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office, ERP, and Google Suite, with strong data entry skills and selling skills.
- 1-2 years of experience in general office practice
- Agreeing to disclose your COVID-19 vaccination status, as a condition of employment.
- Agreeing to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and to maintain such fully vaccinated status, as a condition of employment
