Since 2007, FPM Solutions has been providing top quality sleep therapy and respiratory solutions to patients across Canada. In 2016, Sharp Capital Group LP, a privately held investment and holding company, acquired FPM Solutions with plans for growth. From 2016-2024, FPM Solutions implemented scalable policies and procedures, operating 8 Clinics in Ontario, 2 Clinics in Manitoba, and 19 Clinics in Atlantic Canada under the brand Maritime Sleep. 1. FPM Solutions: CPAP and Medical Devices Mission
- To be a leader in the treatment of Sleep Apnea, combining best-in-class clinical outcomes with the premier client experience in Ontario. We pursue perfection in customer satisfaction, clinical therapy compliance and client health outcomes.
2. CPAP Machines Canada Missions
- To provide Canada’s widest selection of CPAP and Oxygen therapy equipment available at the lowest prices in Canada while delivering best-in-class customer satisfaction.
- We support our clients with live sleep clinicians available to provide therapy education and clinical support to Canadians coast to coast.
3. Maritime Sleep Clinic Mission
- Maritime Sleep Clinic and Respiratory Services operates 19 Sleep Clinics throughout New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island
- To provide the highest standard of care and provide education, diagnostics and treatment of Sleep Apnea, making us one of the best sleep clinics in Atlantic Canada.

**THE OPPORTUNITY**
**Title**:Administration Manager

Reporting to the President, the Administration Manager is centered on managing today’s business, developing tomorrow’s business, and strengthening the organization’s internal processes. They play a crucial role in maximizing processes, improving efficiency, and meeting customer expectations while maintaining cost-effectiveness. The Administration Manager will be responsible for the execution of the Administrative strategy while being responsible for employee engagement, process improvement, Accounts Payable and Receivable, and financial reporting and results.

**KEY RESPONSIBILTIES**
Successful performance in this role is centered on managing today’s business, developing tomorrow’s business, and strengthening the organization’s internal processes.
**Administration**:
- Provide key monthly and ad hoc financial reports and KPIs to allow the business units to better drive their business
- Plan and coordinate payables and receivables procedures and systems, including IS/IT and devising ways to streamline processes
- Assess performance and provide guidance for maximum efficiency
**Communication and Organization**:
- Perform quality controls and monitor receivables, payables, Working Capital and administrative KPIs
- Regular communications with Government and Insurance partners to optimize processes and maximize revenues
- Ensure the smooth flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
- Compliance and Budgeting:
- Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
- Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
- Keep abreast of organizational changes and business developments
Take the time to understand the sources of satisfaction or frustration among employees in different locations, and take action in order to enhance their engagement and productivity
**THE CANDIDATE**
**Education**: Post Secondary Education is desirable but not required
**Skills, Knowledge, and Experience**
- Proven work experience as an Administration Manager or in a similar role
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness
- Experience in budgeting and forecasting
- Familiarity with business and financial principles
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership ability
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems and translate customer needs into business
