This position is for you if you're obsessed with **business development, have exceptional business partnering skills, and are motivated by the potential of on-site in the Montreal and surrounding areas**.
We are looking for a Field Sales Representative to join our motivated and dedicated team.
**SKILLS**:
- You must already have successfully specified and sold your products in a competitive market to engineers, production managers and plant supervisors.
- You have a proven ability to develop your territory and are enthusiastic about telling us about your ability to build and maintain a complete pipeline.
- You have exceptional listening and questioning skills, enjoy finding and closing new business, selling value rather than price, and developing lasting relationships with customers.
- To succeed, you need to be autonomous, responsible, motivated, ethical, hard-working, friendly, able to reject and work independently.
- You are a strong business development professional and a hunter who knows how to maintain a full pipeline and meet targets.
- Experience in industrial sales, adhesives, sealants, tapes, chemicals, consumer products manufacturing, consultative selling or solutions selling is helpful.
On-the-road and hybrid working conditions.

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un représentant des ventes sur le terrain pour se joindre à notre équipe motivée et dévouée.
**COMPÉTENCES**:
- Vous devez avoir déjà réussi à spécifier et à vendre vos produits sur un marché concurrentiel à des ingénieurs, des responsables de production et des superviseurs d'usine.
- Vous avez prouvé votre capacité à développer votre territoire et vous êtes enthousiaste à l'idée de nous parler de votre capacité à construire et à maintenir un pipeline complet.
- Vous avez une capacité d'écoute et de questionnement exceptionnelle, vous aimez trouver et conclure de nouvelles affaires, vendre de la valeur plutôt que du prix, et développer des relations durables avec les clients.
- Pour réussir, vous devez être autonome, responsable, motivé, éthique, travailleur, aimable, capable de rejeter et de travailler de manière indépendante.
- Vous êtes un solide professionnel du développement commercial et un chasseur qui sait comment maintenir un pipeline complet et atteindre ses objectifs.
- Une expérience dans la vente industrielle, les adhésifs, les produits d'étanchéité, les rubans adhésifs, les produits chimiques, la fabrication de produits de consommation, la vente consultative ou la vente de solutions est utile.
