**Role : Leader, Technology Solutions**
- Serve as the key point for the Products and Platform and customer team to bring together relevant individuals and teams from business and technical organizations, including external vendors
- Simplify, scale, and communicate complex concepts at multiple levels of understanding to drive efficient and effective experience.
- Skilled at partnering across all levels of the organization, driving results, and organizing complexity.
- Curious, thinking creatively, but are results and action oriented.
- Passionate about transforming the business and take pride in exceeding expectations.

**Minimum Qualifications for this role are**:

- 12+ years of overall IT Experience
- 5+ years of Experience with ServiceNow - ITSM, ITOM, Integrations, Telecom Service Management Product or equivalent platform
- Project Management and Strong Client Interaction

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in all phases of the technology implementation lifecycle (requirements gathering, design, build, go-live, testing) and with desire to re-tool to ServiceNow
- Experience in prototyping and project plan definition along with dependencies, risks etc.
- Ability to document and derive what is required to deliver upcoming project in ServiceNow
- Ability to manage work, lead a workstream, and mentor junior team members
- Data Integrations knowledge
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Proficient in managing project and stakeholders.
- Problem-solving skills with a focus on conflict resolution.
- Strong communication skills, both written and orals
