**Your Opportunity**

**Your Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute the technology strategy in alignment with the PMCM business goals.
- Lead and mentor a team of technology professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement best practices, standards, and quality assurance processes within the team.
- Collaborate with PMCM Business clients to understand technology requirements, business processes, and technical system design and advise on areas to automate.
- Partner with PMCM business and the internal technology teams to identify, vet and recommend automation solutions. Implement approved solutions.
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of technology solutions, including Program Management Information Systems.
- Design scalable, maintainable and efficient software systems.
- Manage and ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of the technology infrastructure.
- Troubleshooting, resolving technical issues and addressing challenges in system implementation.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends and assess their potential impact on the business line.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address technology needs and opportunities.
- Establish and maintain relationships with external technology partners and vendors.

**Qualifications**

**Your Capabilities and Credentials**
- Deep experience in implementation and change management.
- Strong technical expertise in software development, including familiarity in programming languages, frameworks and technologies, including but not limited to JAVA, SQL, Webservices, JSON, etc.
- Strong understanding of software development, IT infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
- Experience with cloud technologies and architectures (e.g. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, LoadSpring).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate the team.
- Financial acumen, strong client/project focus, growth leader, inspirational leader, self-starter, and exceptional communicator. Experience with business cases preferred.
- Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
- Detail oriented with solid problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of database administration, system architecture & design, and network administration.
- Experience with project management tools, such as Microsoft SharePoint, Trimble Unity Construct, PMWeb, Primavera P6, or similar is strongly desired.

**Education and Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree in relevant field is preferred.
- 8-10 years’ experience in a technology leadership role, with a track record of successful technology project delivery.

**Salary Range(s)**:

- Lower Mainland $128,800 - Lower Mainland $193,100 Min/Max Pay Range for postings located in BC (Lower Mainland includes Vancouver & Burnaby)

The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible.
