**Experience**

Three years of a experience performing office administration duties in a healthcare office setting.

**Knowledge/Skill/Ability**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- General telephone skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in high pressure settings
- Experience with direct billing portals for extended healthcare insurers
- Experience with Jane or other patient management software
