**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist healthcare providers in delivering patient care, including preparing patients for examinations and procedures.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical histories accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinical environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide support to patients by answering questions, addressing concerns, and offering comfort during their visit.
- Collaborate with medical staff to facilitate efficient patient flow and enhance overall patient experience.
- Assist in the management of medical records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
- Assisting with general administration tasks

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in patient care or a clinical setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with medical terminology is essential for effective communication within the healthcare team.
- Knowledge of medication administration protocols is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize with patients from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are crucial for maintaining accurate records and providing quality care.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
