**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Prepare and assemble ingredients for various dishes according to established recipes and standards.
- Assist cooks and chefs in meal preparation, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality food items.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper storage of food items.
- Follow all food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure the health and safety of our customers.
- Help with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages as needed.
- Clean kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces regularly to maintain a sanitary environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow during peak service times.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in food service or a restaurant environment is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques is essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team setting.
- Willingness to learn new skills related to meal preparation and kitchen operations.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
