**Overview**
**Duties**
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and maximize performance.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with company goals.
- Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and customer segments.
- Manage key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients while maintaining strong relationships.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and reporting on performance metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials that resonate with target audiences.
- Provide training and support to team members to enhance their selling skills and product knowledge.
**Experience**
- Proven experience in outside sales, account management, or technology sales is essential.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends effectively.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience in managing a sales team.
- Excellent negotiation skills and a customer-focused approach to selling.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for building relationships.

Pay: $77,961.00-$85,575.00 per year
