Territory Sales Manager

**The Territory Manager will perform the following**:
- Develop relationships with key decision makers and applicable staff at all assigned accounts
- Manage all communications to accounts related to each represented manufacturer to ensure growth of all product lines represented
- Provide best in class sales and service to current distributors, consumers and maximize sales of our manufacturers
- Generate awareness for our products through merchandising activities, events, and end user interactions
- Initiate in-store product training sessions to educate store associates
- Maintain regular contact with assigned distributors to build relationships, train store staff, provide product demonstrations, merchandise displays and ensure the smooth flow of regular business
- Maintain detailed information about all accounts, prospects and opportunities in the company CRM

**We are looking for**:
- Waterloo and London, Ontario
- A post-secondary education
- Work experience in retail sales, territory sales, and account management. Knowledge of the construction industry/trades would be beneficial but is not critical
- Applicant must be a self-motivated, team player with strong communication and time management skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract
- Ability to work weekends
- Capable of lifting heavy tools (up to 40 lbs.)
- Display a professional demeanor while representing the company.
- Must be MS Office proficient

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
