THE PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Support the Strategy Coordinator in her daily tasks.
- Follow up on sample reception, keep the reception log up to date.
- Organize products by season in a clear manner, maintain order among the different collections and rotate them after each season's end.
- Contribute to the organization of photo shoots by gathering and classifying the samples needed for the different models.
- Prepare racks for studio shoots at head office, as well as suitcases for overseas shoots.
- Rename photo files to be uploaded to the web.
- Follow up on products already photographed and to be photographed according to marketing timelines.
- Enter keywords associated with each product photo to allow indexing of files in our photo organization software.
- Create the product color patch files for the website.
- Proceed, as needed, to the selection of photos for the websites.
- Support the Marketing Strategy and E-Commerce department as needed.
- Help create and update e-commerce photo shoot preparation documents as needed.
- Assist the Director, Marketing Strategy and Communications.
- Perform all other related tasks.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Experience as an office clerk, data entry clerk or administrative assistant (an asset).
- 6 months to 1 year experience working in the retail industry (an asset).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- French and English spoken and written.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills (essential).
- Ability to solve problems quickly and be resourceful.
- Comfortable with a cyclical job that repeats itself every month.
- Good team player.
- Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time and in an environment where there are many unexpected events and changes.
